THERESA (MAJCHRZAK) TSAMOUTALIS  -  President & Principal

Theresa Tsamoutalis has experience in all facets of the vertical transportation industry. She began as a project manager for new construction learning about elevator and escalator design and installation literally from the ground up. After managing a number of multi-million dollar elevator installations, Theresa was promoted to account manager in service sales. Her responsibilities included account management for over 900 elevators & escalators in the greater Baltimore area and the eastern shore of Maryland.

In 2009, Theresa co-founded ALLSAFE Elevator Inspections. She saw the urgent need for an inspection company that offered a fully managed inspection by talented inspectors backed by a supportive office staff. Theresa has overseen all parts of the business to foster its growth to become one of the largest inspection companies in Maryland. Her focus on customer service has helped develop strong partnerships with numerous clients.
